Where Hope and Harmony Unite Pasadena

For more than two decades, The Christmas Experience has touched thousands of lives across Pasadena and the greater Los Angeles community. Under the visionary leadership of Lead Pastor Jonathan DeCuir, this annual holiday tradition has showcased some of the region’s most talented voices, celebrity guest artists and renowned musicians. What began as a local concert has grown into a premiere citywide event, drawing more than a thousand attendees each year and uniting people from every background in the spirit of Christmas.

This year’s theme, Through the Moment, continues the story of resilience that began last year with Beyond the Moment, a message that carried our community before the Eaton Fire and now inspires us as we celebrate the beauty of what God has brought us through. The 2025 production will feature a 100-voice community choir, a 15-member professional ensemble, and a 28-piece orchestra directed by Leon Lacy, with special performances by Paul Cornish, Angie Fisher, Wendy Wyatt. Together, they will create a breathtaking night of soul, artistry, and worship that reminds us why The Christmas Experience has become a holiday must in Pasadena.

Beyond the stage, The Christmas Experience fuels a movement of generosity that continues to shape lives long after the final note. Each year, proceeds from the concert are given to Palm Leaf Management, which disperses funds to five key partner organizations locally and abroad. Through these partnerships, essential resources reach communities in need, supporting education, youth arts, family relief, and international outreach. This year, we’ll also honor Eaton Fire survivors with a special tribute of remembrance and renewal.
